RETURNS POLICY
Products valid for return, refund, or exchange are only those received that has a defect/damage. We understand that the products may not fulfill your satisfaction but due to personal standards. Such products will not be eligible for a refund, but a replacement for a different size, color or variation. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee for returns not related to defective or damaged products.
Products that are defective can be returned, refunded, or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. Should you request a full refund, the refund will be executed once photos of the product or a returned package is received and inspected by our customer service team. Products that are delivered defective, The Manila Shop will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. If it exceeded the given timeline, the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to damage/defect.
Products should be in original purchased condition and must be unused.
In case the damage/defect item is part of a set, whole set must be returned.
Return/refund is not applicable for sale items.
In case of damage, defect, wrong item, expired items. We do apologize and will do what we we can to provide you the product that was purchased. Please send us an email at contact@themanilashop.com including the pictures and description of what happened and our customer service team will assist you within 24 hours.
